SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRES

"SpeelPath4Teachers" project is a 3-year project that aims to create speech and language pathology online tool for kindergarten and primary school teachers which will help increase educational chance of children with speech and language impairments, by intervening at the earliest stages of speech and language development with the appropriate language support and therapy.

This online survey aims to explore the prevalence of speech and language impairments in children at different ages (from 4 to 10 years).

Your name and your privacy are guaranteed by anonymity (except if you choose to participate in the further stages of the project; in that case you are invited to reveal us your name, surname, e-mail, and phone number at the end of this survey, thus we will be able to contact you at that time).

There are no right or wrong answers to these questions; we are interested in knowing what you think. Sometimes, you might feel that none of the response options provided fully describes what you think.

This happens very often in these type of questionnaires, but we ask you to try to choose the option that best applies or is more aligned with your ideas.

Once again, thank you very much for your collaboration.

On behalf of the “SpeelPath4Teachers” Consortium
